The Ludington region has a livable, four-season climate and strong economic base from which to retain, and expand business.

A solid manufacturing base combines with thriving industry segments in financial services, insurance, retail, hospitality and the arts. Manufactured products include industrial chemicals, fabricated metals, and non-electrical machinery. Agricultural products include cherries, apples, asparagus, corn and wheat.
