Ludington Offshore Classic Fishing Tournament
The Ludington Offshore Classic is an annual Great Lakes sports fishing tournament, boasting the distinction of being the largest freshwater salmon tournament in the U.S. This popular tournament is hosted in the beautiful coastal town of Ludington, which is considered one of — if not the best — port on the Great Lakes for trout and salmon fishing.

Ludington Offshore Classic Details
The 2021 tournament was held July 12-18, peak time for Lake Michigan fishing. This is the height of our tourist season in Ludington with over 25,000 visitors taking advantage of miles of pristine beaches, the small-town atmosphere and local business offerings.
Ludington Offshore Classic consistently attracts over 900 participants. Over $100,000 in cash and prizes have been awarded since 2014.
